November Newsletter & Class Schedule 11/3 - 11/9

Dear Friends:

If you haven't done so already, today is the day that our clocks and watches fall back one hour!

We had the great honor to have an information tent at the recent Michael J. Fox Run in Boston. Our instructor Kim was happy to lead the crowd of 1,200 people in a pre-run warmup. More than $300,000 was raised for Parkinson's disease research at the event.

We hope your caregivers can join us in a few weeks for a special luncheon and learning session.

Check out some photos form the run and some more details and registration for the luncheon below.

Thank you for helping us fill the financial gap so we can continue the mission of Parkinson's Fitness. Any donation is much appreciated!

Thank you!

Linda
