Tom represents the heart of our Neuro-Wellness community. He is an inspiring example of how dedication to fitness and wellness can lead to remarkable progress. A resident at Douglas House in Lexington, Tom actively engages in a variety of Neuro-Wellness activities —including drumming, yoga, horticulture, and Neuro-Fit. Tom has embraced every opportunity to enhance his physical and mental well-being. Through his commitment to fitness, Tom has made incredible strides in his strength, balance, and walking abilities. These improvements empower him to move more freely, both within Douglas House and throughout the Lexington community. He attributes much of his progress to the structured exercise and support provided by Neuro-Fit, which has become a core part of his routine. |
